Lined Y lateral tees are designed to divide or combine fluid flow at an angle, ensuring smoother flow transition compared to standard tees. The corrosion-resistant lined interior protects against aggressive chemicals, while the sturdy outer body provides structural strength. These fittings reduce turbulence and pressure drop, making them ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial process piping systems.
Key Features:
- Angled flow diversion
- Reduced turbulence design
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Heavy-duty construction
Quality & Testing:
- All PTFE liners are subjected to stringent physical testing, including dimensional inspection, density, tensile strength, and elongation tests.
- PTFE Liners additionally undergo conductivity testing Surface Resistivity & Volumetric Resistivity to verify controlled electrical resistance and compliance with application requirements.
