PTFE Lined Expansion Joint Bellows
PTFE lined expansion joint bellows are flexible connectors designed to absorb thermal expansion, vibration, and pipeline misalignment while safely handling corrosive or high-purity fluids. The inner PTFE lining provides exceptional chemical resistance, while the reinforced outer structure ensures strength and durability. Material Of Construction (MOC):
- Flanges: Plate Flanges IS 2062 Gr. A, In Accordance with B16.5 #150 except flange thickness. Flange Thickness as mentioned in charts.
- Stainless Steel SS304/SS316 Flanges can be available on request.
- Flange Design: AFS Bellows Flange Design Triangular Flanges, Flanges With Lug, Round Flanges available as per requirement.
- Reinforcement Ring: SS316L Wire Rings
- Lining: Virgin PTFE/Antistatic PTFE in compliance with ASTM F1545-15a. Standard PTFE Lining thickness as per mentioned in chart.
- Limit Rods : Minimum 3 Limit Rods of Zinc Plated with Lock Nuts
