Lined Tank

Material Of Construction (MOC):

  1. Steel Housing Pipe: A106 Gr. B (SCH 40 For 025NB-250NB, SCH STD For 300NB-700NB)
    As Per Approved Drawing from 600NB to 1500NB special pipe / shell can fabricate from ASTM A516 Gr. 70 Plates.
  2. Flanges: Material as Per IS 2062 GR B /ASTM A105 Dimensions As per ASME B16.5 #150. JIS or DIN Std Options available.
  3. Housing Standard: All Side Fix Flange.
  4. Lining: Virgin PTFE/Antistatic PTFE till 600NB in compliance with ASTM F1545-15a. Standard PTFE Lining thickness as per mentioned in datasheet.
    From 600NB to 1500NB PFA/PP/PVDF/HDPE Sheet Lining material options available as per request in compliance with ASTM F1545-15a.
  5. Support/Lifting Lug : IS 2062 Gr. A/ASTM A516 Gr.70 profile cut plates as per requirement
